YOUR TEAM
Your InsideOut team will consist of an Account Director supported by a small team of qualified and experienced individuals who all work together and will be specifically assigned to you. Your Account Director will be ultimately responsible for the services supplied and will be in regular contact with you to ensure your expectations are being met.

 

SERVICE LEVELS

We are so confident we are the best in the business that we are the only service provider to put our money on the table to prove it. Our contracts will have service-level indicators, and we will be measured on these performance statistics. Financial penalties will apply if we fail to meet previously-agreed service level targets.
